With an international focus, Sofara looks to bring the world into focus for our children and provide pathways for global leadership. As a side panel co-host for the United Nations 63rd Session of the Commission of the Status of Women, our Executive Dir., Voyka Soto, spoke on how Sofara would do its part to eradicate the exploitation of girls. Sofara brought 2 guest speakers in addition to our 45 guests. and were well represented!

As much as we hate the idea of excessive screen time, universities are starting to recognize video gaming as a sport, going as far as offering scholarships. China has already built an entire high tech city devoted to Esports. Blending learning is not easy and varies for each student. Intentionally seeking to create balance is a given in the Sofara proposal.
