mentoring, Coach Kimmy has dedicated her career to helping HOME childcare providers thrive. She is the CEO & founder of Kim’s Play and Learn Academy (KPLA) and Childcare Transformation Services,
where she works closely with providers to elevate their programs, strengthen their business
foundations, and create learning environments that inspire both children and adults. Over the years, she has combined her expertise in curriculum design, child
development, and business strategy to mentor and coach providers at every stage—whether
launching a new home childcare program or transforming an existing one. Her approach blends
hands-on solutions, personalized strategies, and encouragement that empowers providers to
dream bigger and achieve sustainable success. In addition to her work with childcare programs, Coach Kimmy is a creative entrepreneur with a
passion for designing memorable experiences—from children’s events to beautifully organized
learning spaces. She believes that a well-planned environment supports not just education, but
