So this is why I am on a rant and blood is still boiling from du*****es.
RANT!!!!
I am beyond annoyed with the amount of people that feel they should just completely cut calories or stop eating. It jacks your metabolism and hormones up. I can go through multiple conversations over the last week of other women telling women to go on 1200 kcal, low carb diets not knowing the long term side effects of low calorie dieting. I have spent years with a viscous cycle of uneducated prep coaches and people who I put my trust in to help get me where I needed to be and the long term side effects I suffered. So I put all my time into education in functional nutrition and learning specifically what needs to be a better coach and better nutritional coach! Does it take longer than a 1200 kcal absolutely! But you are not wasting muscle, slowing metabolism down or doing
permanent damage to your endocrine system or hormones! This is why GPL-1 diets are temporary and 10/1 you gain all the weight back! RANT over!

The journey starts with nutritional habit changes, prioritizing protein, water, sleep, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. 5 to 6 meals per day, 5 days a week strength training and 20 min steady state cardio 4 days. week. We are focusing on small goals for success, and we are increasing strength and improvement in hip glute complex. Sustainable weight loss is not a quick fix, she completed her complete hormone panel and basic metabolism panel and using basic supplements to improve blood sugar stability, estrogen dominance, gut and liver health.
