I can't stress enough how yoga helps kid's zone into their frustrations and find that peace of mind and calmness that is needed in that moment. I've seen it with my own eyes with my very own kiddo. Deep breaths and a few moves never fail to defuse the situation.

The more I resisted our intense anger, the worse it got. These yoga practices help us both to calm our minds and help us to reconnect.
