We had several students participate in the state fair last week!
Andi Critchelow was a mentor in the Sunshine Class, which helps give equal opportunities to people with disabilities to be able to show livestock.
Claire King exhibited an art project!
Henry Fentress placed third in pole bending and ninth in barrels.
Julia and Caroline Hager showed their livestock as well and received 2nd Premium Youth Beef and 1st Place Youth Beef respectively.

St. Romuald Cross Country had their first meet of the season yesterday at Madisonville. Everyone worked really hard and had great finishes. There were several personal bests recorded and one top ten finish in the middle school girls race with Kynedy Moorman placing sixth!

The St. Romuald staff started a new tradition this year called “Rebel of the Month”. Each month, staff will watch for students exhibiting characteristics of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. This month’s fruit was Goodness. Each staff member selected a student who best exhibited this trait and spoke about their students to the entire assembly this afternoon. Each “Rebel of the Month” received a certificate and a shirt. It was a truly moving ceremony and we are so excited for next month’s!
