🍳 Egg Drop Challenge Alert! 🥚💥
Our IPC (Integrated Physics and Chemistry) students just took on the ultimate test of physics and engineering! 🛠️🛰️
Armed with only limited everyday supplies, these brilliant minds had one mission: design a capsule to protect a raw egg from a high drop and successfully reduce the force of impact! 🥚❌💥
Using the Engineering Design Process, our students:🧠 Brainstormed creative ways to absorb shock and distribute force.📐 Designed & Built unique prototypes with strict material limits.🚀 Tested their creations in real-time drops.🔄 Refined and modified their designs after analyzing the data from the first impacts!
It wasn't just about keeping an egg intact—it was about learning how momentum, impulse, and impact time work in the real world. Some survived, some scrambled, but everyone learned like a true engineer! 📈🎒

💙💛 BLUE & GOLD DAY at HHS! 💛💙

Our Hornets showed up in school spirit for our first dress-up day of the year! 🐝📸

This year, we’re starting a new tradition at Hardin High School — Blue & Gold Days for our away games! 💙💛

We wanted to make school spirit easy, affordable, and fun for everyone. Instead of having to find something new for a different theme each week, students can grab the blue and gold they already have and still join in! We hope this makes dress-up days a little easier on both our students AND our parents while keeping that Hornet spirit going strong! 🐝

And judging by these pictures… HHS understood the assignment! 💙💛
