Hardin Youth BJJ 🥋

Tonight our Hardin Youth class worked on the Half Nelson and the Barred Arm.

Despite the name, the Barred Arm isn’t an arm bar or a submission. It’s a wrestling technique used to help turn your opponent over, creating better control and improving your position.

Our students are learning that great jiu-jitsu isn’t just about submissions—it’s about understanding how wrestling, control, pressure, and transitions all work together to make you a better grappler.

Want to give it a try? Our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM in Hardin, conveniently located right next to the IDOT building.
