Today's food is from Boho Cafe in White River Junction. Martha the chef used to run the Quechee Club. Eventually she has had enough of the "executive" life and quit to have a "9-5" job. Hence the creation of Boho cafe. At Boho every now and then Martha cooks a breakfast buffet, only for people who come from Massachusetts in a bus to come to White River Junction to play Bingo.
