See you later Becca!!! You are truly going to be missed more than words can say! It’s hard to imagine things without you around (and who am I supposed to bother now?! 😂). You’ve been such a wonderful part of the team, and I’m so grateful for all the laughs, hard work, and memories along the way. While I’m definitely sad to see you go, I couldn’t be happier for you and this next adventure. Wishing you all the success, happiness, and love in the world—you deserve every bit of it! ❤️ Don’t be a stranger!

What do you like to do when you aren’t at the gym? “When I’m not at the gym, I love spending time with my dogs, friends, and family. I also love reading and doing anything artsy!”

what keeps you coming back to Black Rose? “I keep coming to Black Rose because it’s a lot of fun and the atmosphere is always welcoming and energized.”

What would you say to someone who’s never tried Black Rose before? “To those who are debating — just do it. I debated on joining a club to cycle at for months and ever since I joined Black Rose, I always wonder why I didn’t earlier. It’s one of my favorite things to do now!”

Rider of the month Odalis Garcia!!!

1) What do you like to do outside of the gym?
When I’m not at the gym, I enjoy spending time with my dog, my family, and my closest friends!

2) What keeps you coming back to black rose?
The atmosphere & the instructors at Black Rose is what keeps me coming back. The confidence boost after cycling is amazing, and coming back feeds that confidence that not only feels good but also allows me to become a better rider!

3) What would you tell someone who’s never tried black rose before?
Go for it! It may seem a little scary at first, but once you take a deep breath and allow the music and instructor to lead you, it’s great! Confidence, appreciation for your body & mind are a few things you will walk out of Black Rose with!
