Final Fall Sports Registration reminders were shared via email this morning. A sample of the message is imaged below.
To be eligible for participation, all registration requirements other than the User Fee must be completed.
For Physical Exam and ImPACT Test records, please refer to the Expiration Dates, rather than the Status.
Registration can be initiated through the HPS Payment Portal at hanover-payments.myhalix.io. During this process, contacts for students will identify the desired sport(s), upload physical exams, complete Forms 1 & 2, and either pay the User Fee or designate it for payment at a later date.
SportsWare is separate from Halix and can be accessed at swol123.net. Once a SportsWare account is created, it remains active throughout a student's high school career. Updated accounts must have all required fields completed in Athlete Information and a completed Medical History questionnaire.

To help ensure the first days of preseason run as smoothly as possible, please complete all registration requirements by Wednesday, August 19.
