📸 Capturing a Groundbreaking Moment! 🏗️✨

Our Grade 10 Photography students were behind the lens Friday, capturing a truly special moment in SST history — the ceremonial groundbreaking for our new school building!

After years of hard work, planning, collaboration, and dedication, the vision is becoming a reality. SST Administration, Dr. Hickey, members of the School Committee, Suffolk Construction, MSBA representatives, and state officials — including State Treasurer Deborah Goldberg Deborah Goldberg — came together to mark the occasion by turning the first ceremonial shovels of dirt. 🥄🌱

Our student photographers had a front-row view of history as they captured the people and moments that brought this milestone to life.

From hard work to groundbreaking — and from vision to reality. We can’t wait to see what comes next! 💙📸🏗️

Field trip today to Egypt beach in Scituate and Hanover Crossing with our freshman! Discovering and documenting the difference between Urban settings and Nature settings. What a contrast. Also a perfect sunny day for some fun with these guys!
