Hey all - Tim Koeth here with a quick note and reminder that we have an active call for nominations for our Executive Committee and Alumni Council roles. You can nominate a friend or submit a self-nomination via the link in our bio through Sunday, May 5.

Exec Committee Roles: The offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer will be elected by the class. Additional officers will subsequently be appointed. Terms will start in June 2024 and continue for four years through our 15-year reunion.

Take over our budget surplus ($$) and help plan mini-reunions, keep our class connected by coordinating our Class Notes for the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine, and connect across class years for service events, projects, and Class Gifts before we meet again in Hanover in a few years.

Alumni Council Role: Members of the Alumni Council serve as a two-way liaison between alumni and the College and have typically developed an engaged leadership role within their constituency before assuming this role. The leadership of the Alumni Council strives to ensure that a diverse group of ages, geography, genders, backgrounds, viewpoints, and ethnicities are well-represented, in alignment with the College's goals of inclusion and diversity.

If you're looking for a way to get more involved with the College - consider adding your name to list of candidates for any of our elected positions! If you have any questions about these roles - please drop a note and I'd be happy to chat.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to serve as the Class President over the past few years. Excited to pass the torch on to the next slate of officers in the near future.

"Serving as a volunteer with the Exec Committee these past six years has been a great way to give back to Dartmouth and connect with classmates across the country and around the world. Between our Five Year and Ten Year Reunions we bonded together over Zoom at the outset of COVID and set up networking resources for those affected by unexpected job changes. We mourned the loss of classmates and came together to support one another in uncertain times. In recent years we met at mini-reunions along with '13s and '14s in ten different cities around the world before meeting back up in Hanover for an incredible Reunion Weekend in June.

We regularly hit new fundraising records, supported by our incredible Head Agents and DCF volunteers. Huge thanks to Jamila, Liz, Ray, and all of the great volunteers who supported the Class on these and so many other events and behind the scenes details to support the Class in our years since graduation.

I'll be taking my Dartmouth involvement a bit more local as I step in as the President of the Dartmouth Club of Philadelphia this coming July and am excited to help welcome in a new slate of volunteers supporting the 2012 Exec Committee moving forward. If you have any questions about any of the roles – feel free to reach out to me at any time!"
