River Ridge PTO

The River Ridge PTO would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to all of our Administration, Teachers, and Parents for your support in making this school year a success. We truly enjoy working with all of you and providing opportunities for our students.

Our PTO meetings will resume in August. We would love for you to join us, share new ideas, and help create lasting memories for our students!

💨 High winds might have stopped our March blood drive, but they can't stop the River Ridge spirit! 🐾 We only need 6 more people to sign up for our April 29th blood drive to qualify for the Life Savings grant that can help fund student scholarships or classroom / curriculum needs.

It takes less than an hour of your time to save up to three lives. Let’s do some good together! 🤝

The River Ridge PTO raises funds to support the River Ridge Elementary, Middle School, and High school students. This includes field trips, two ($1000) scholarships to eligible River Ridge Seniors, Ski Day at Chestnut Mountain Resort, Santa Store, and much more!

Dine to Donate - March 13, 2026 -
Mark your calendars! You do not have to cook and our students will benefit!

The River Ridge PTO is very thankful to the businesses listed below that are participating in a Dine to Donate in a few weeks!

CALLING ALL HEROES!!! Last September, River Ridge held their first Impact Life blood drive and were able to collect 22 units! We are hosting another drive on Friday, March 13th and hoping to collect even more! We need to collect at least 20 units to be eligible for the Life Savings grant to use to fund a student scholarship, make a charitable donation, provide for a classroom/curriculum need, or advance the Impact Life mission. Please schedule your blood donation appointment now! The need for blood is significant. One pint of whole blood can save three or more lives! This is the direct link to our sign-up page:

Skiing update:
Considering Monday’s expected temps…those who have already purchased online tickets or if you plan to yet, can come out on Monday if you choose; however, if you think it is too warm, Chestnut will honor those tickets to be used any other day except a Saturday, throughout the rest of ski season.
