The decision has unfortunately been made to postpone tonights 7pm PTO meeting until next week. There "seems" that there might "possibly" be a stomach bug making it's way around. Sadly 3 of our 4 Executive Officers came down with something this afternoon so we do not have a quorum to conduct business on behalf of the Hanover Street PTO. We tentatively are setting it for next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. . But we have to confirm that with Hanover Street administrative staff. So keep your eyes peeled to our page gang!🙂‍↕️

The Officers and members of Hanover Street Elementary School PTO want to extend a VERY BIG Thank You to all of our mom's, dad's, grandma's, grandpa's, and students for the amazing Marianna's fundraising event!👏 You folks did a phenomenal job at helping to secure we are able to continue putting on all the fun events for our kiddo's!🥳 We will have 2 more Marianna Fundraisers later this school year. We hope you'll be able to help make those just as successful! 😊

Remember this Wednesday the 30th is our Pizza, Sub and Salsa Fundraiser Pick Up in the Gym.🍕🥪 Pick up is from 3:30pm till 4:30pm. IF anyone is interested/available to help us sort out the orders please be at Hanover Street around 2pm. Any items/orders not picked up are unfortunately not able to be held as there is not freezer storage available at the school. We will be announcing shortly the winning classroom of the Pizza Party and what grade level the Top Seller was for the 4 tickets to DelGrosso's Amusement Park's Halloween in the Park Event.🎃👻

We're down to the final week of our 1st fundraiser of the school year.🏫🎒 All sub, pizza and salsa order forms are due back next Wednesday September 16th.🍕🥪 The top selling class will receive a pizza party of their own!🥳 Thanks to Marianna's the TOP SELLING STUDENT will now receive 4 Free Passes to their amusement park! Good for the 2026 Halloween in the Park event happening weekends until the end of October.🎃👻

Monday evening, we set the date for our annual Hanover Street Elementary School Trunk or Treat event. It will take place this year on Tuesday, October 20th from 6:30p-7:30p in our parking lot. We are bringing back the BEST TRUNK decoration judged by our students. The winner will receive a $50 gift card!💵 This event will be open to all HSE students and their immediate family members 10 yrs old and younger. Sign-up sheets will be going home around the first week of October. We look forward to seeing you and your trunks next month!🎃👻

Reminder that our 1st fundraising effort of the school year is still underway! ALL orders are due back into school by September 16th. With a pickup date of the 30th from 3:30p-4:30p in the Hanover Street Elementary gym. The classroom who sells the most will be rewarded with a pizza party! We rely on these fundraisers to put on all of our yearly events for our kiddo's... So, remember to sell!🍕🥪

Just a friendly reminder of our 1st PTO Meeting of the school year is this evening at 7pm in the Art Room at Hanover Street Elementary. We will be deciding which PTO sponsored events will be taking place this school year. We hope to assign committee members and chairs of those events chosen as well. The following schedule contains the entire 2026-2027 school year PTO meeting dates. We look forward to seeing more smiling faces this school year. Without parents willing to step up Hanover Street Elementary School doesn't have a PTO. Which ultimately takes core fun memories away from our kiddos, and field trip opportunities. Which the PTO pays bussing expenses so that they may enjoy some of these learning opportunities. At our 1st meeting in September President Topper will be assigning committee chairs to those interested in serving as a chair of a specific event we sponsor throughout the school year. Along with chairs we will be setting the exact dates for our events such as trunk or treat 🎃, Santa's Secret Shop🎅🏼 to name a few.. Our meetings typically last an hour or less each month with the exception of the 1st as we set events and committees for the season at this one. However, it's not much over an hour for the first...
