HMS parents—we need your help! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Our Welcome Back Socials are hosted by Student Council, but we need PTA volunteers to help make them happen.

And if you’re a working parent who doesn’t usually get a chance to volunteer during the school day, this is a great opportunity! We especially need chaperones for the Grade 7/8 Social from 5:00–6:30 PM.

We’re also looking for volunteers to help sell tickets during student lunches.

All volunteers must have a completed CORI form on file.

🙌 Can you help? Sign-up link in the comments!

Thank you, HMS families! 💙💛

Did you see our table at Curriculum Night… or did you walk right by? 👀

We’re getting SO close to an exciting milestone…just 50 more families and we’ll reach $10,000! 🎉

If you haven’t had a chance to donate yet, we’d love your support. Every donation helps us get closer, and we’d be thrilled to hit $10K soon!

A huge thank you to all of the families who have already contributed — we appreciate you so much! 💙

Hawk Awards are stocked! 🦅🍦

The HPTA just purchased 100 $5 Dairy Queen gift cards to help celebrate our Hawk Award recipients, with more to come as needed throughout the year.

Purchases like this are made possible by our Annual Campaign - and we’re not quite at our goal yet!

Every donation helps us keep supporting students and our school community. 💙

Happy Friday, HMS! 🎉

Next week’s headlines are here! Check it out and get a jump on what’s coming up at Hanover Middle School. 👇

And a quick reminder that our Annual Campaign is still live! 💙 Our suggested donation is $40 per family, and every contribution helps support the many programs and initiatives we fund throughout the year. Our link is in the comments for anyone who wants to check this off their to do list!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has already donated — we’re so grateful for your support!

Still meaning to do it? We get it. 😄 We’ll have QR codes ready at Curriculum Night for anyone who does better when the task is literally right in front of them.

Have a great weekend, HMS families!

We’re one-third of the way through September — and we’re also about one-third of the way to our Annual Campaign goal.

So far, HMS families have contributed $4,400 toward our $15,000 goal. Thank you to everyone who has already donated!

Now we need the rest of our HMS families to help us keep the momentum going.

This is the PTA’s one and only fundraising campaign of the year, and we are asking every family to contribute $40. These donations directly support the programs, events, enrichment, and experiences our students enjoy throughout the school year.

If your family hasn’t contributed yet, please don’t wait until the end of the month. Make your $40 contribution today and help us stay on track to reach our goal.

🎉 Hanover Middle School families, you made it through the first week of school!

If your inbox is already starting to feel a little full, don’t worry. The HMS PTA has got you. 💛

We’ve rounded up this week’s key headlines, reminders, and dates so you can quickly catch up on what you need to know for the week ahead.

One important way families can support HMS right now is through our Annual Campaign. These donations help fund the PTA initiatives that make a real difference throughout the year, from staff appreciation to student and community programs, events, and more.

Our suggested donation is $40 per family, and thanks to 66 generous donors, we are already 23% of the way to our goal! If you have not donated yet, we would love your support. Every contribution, at any amount, helps us continue funding the programs and initiatives our HMS community values. 💙 Link in comments if you haven’t donated yet!

Check out your HMS Weekly Headlines, and here’s to a nice long weekend before we roll into Week 2! 🙌
