Hannibal-LaGrange University Department of Music

These amazing HLGU Chamber Choir students surprised me with a shirt that has on it a phrase I evidently say often - Wonderbar! This was such a joy and they truly are wonderful!

Next Friday, April 29th, is the annual spring concert with the HLGU choirs and symphonic band. Please join us at 7pm in the Roland Fine Arts Center of Hannibal-LaGrange University to enjoy beautiful music done with excellence and giving God glory. Your presence at the concert would mean a great deal to these students who have worked hard all semester. We look forward to seeing you!

Come join us at the Roland Fine Arts Center tonight (April 22nd) at 7pm for the HLGU music department recital. Several of our amazing Hannibal-LaGrange University music students will be performing solos from their work over the semester on the piano, flute, and voice. It will be delightful! Fond memories of Hannibal-LaGrange University music students at the MMEA (Missouri Music Educators) convention in January! We learned a lot in workshops; enjoyed beautiful concerts; recruited for HLGU; and experienced a great time of fun and fellowship! These students are the best!!

What an incredible group from Hannibal-LaGrange University to be with last week at the state MO Thespian conference in St Louis! Lots of great conversations with prospective HLGU students and Hannibal-LaGrange University Department of Music students. I also enjoyed presenting my workshop on curiosity and creativity with high schoolers. Become a Trojan!
