This week, we had the privilege of celebrating the accomplishments of our 2026 Lemoore Children's Program graduates! 🌟
Our graduates have worked hard throughout the year, reaching important developmental milestones, building friendships, learning new skills, and preparing for the next step in their educational journey. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved and the growth they have shown along the way. ✨
A special thank you goes to our dedicated families, teachers, therapists, and staff whose support, encouragement, and commitment help make these successes possible. Together, we are helping children build the foundation for a bright future. ❤️

Today marks an important milestone in the lives of these incredible children as they take the next step in their educational journey. Throughout their time with UCP+ Hanford Children's Program, they have learned, grown, developed new skills, built friendships, and achieved so many milestones along the way.

What an egg-stra special day it was! 💛 Our annual Easter Egg Hunt brought together so many smiling faces, joyful laughter, and unforgettable moments for our amazing children and their families.
From colorful eggs hidden all around to sweet surprises and springtime fun, every detail was filled with care, love, and excitement. 🐰🥚 The joy on the kids’ faces said it all—this is what community, inclusion, and celebration are all about.
We are so grateful to our incredible families and UCP+ team members who made this day so magical. These are the moments that create memories to last a lifetime. 💫
