With over 1,000 members in our chapter, our organization is one of the largest in the state of California as well as the nation. The agriculture department thrives on challenging the members to strive in all three circles of the agriculture education model (Classroom, FFA, and SAE). The agriculture program is composed of three high schools in the Hanford Joint Unified High School District (Hanford

High School, Hanford West High School, and Sierra Pacific High School) allowing students to expand their opportunities to interact with students from every corner of our community. We are looking forward to continuing our tradition of success as we create new beginnings for the new age agriculture student.

Welcome back, Hanford FFA, to the 2026–2027 school year!

Only July 15th to 16th, 6 of our incoming seniors attended the California FFA Change Makers Summit at Fresno State! Over the 2 day conference, our members heard from industry leaders and FFA alumni, toured Family Tree Farms, and developed some great leadership skills to help prepare them for life beyond the blue jacket.
Thank you to California FFA, Fresno State, and Family Tree Farms for hosting such an incredible event and caring so much about the future of leaders in agriculture. We cannot wait to see how these students use what they learned to make their impact in Hanford FFA!

From June 9th-12th, five of our Hanford FFA members traveled to Washington D.C. to participate in the Washington Leadership Conference! From inspiring keynote speakers and workshops, to meeting students across the United States, and even getting to help Congressman David G. Valadao do his famous milk runs on Capitol Hill, every part of the experience helped these students grow as leaders and represent Hanford on the national stage!
We cannot wait to see how these leaders take back what they learned to continue making an impact right here in Hanford 🇺🇸
