The two week groups returned from their campout on Sunday and Session 2B is in action! There is still space in a few remaining sessions if you don't want to miss out on Gaga ball, team building games, campfires, and all the other fun that can only be had at Adventure Camp!

Hard to believe Session 1 is almost over! A big shout out to our LITs, who have been developing their leadership skills by teaching activities for the younger campers this week, and acting as incredible role models all session long!

Thank you to the NH Dept. of Education for helping give all New Hampshire kids the chance to attend camp this summer! Our camp is participating in the Rekindling Curiosity program, which offers scholarships of $350-$650 for families facing financial difficulty and for campers with disabilities. Applications can be found at https://rekindlingcuriosityeducation.nh.gov/.

The New Hampshire Department of Education is partnering with New Hampshire camps and school-age summer programs across the state to offer up to $650 in camp fees covered.

Nature's Classroom Adventure Camp is a small, non-profit, outdoor skills based residential camp in Hancock, New Hampshire with a welcoming and nurturing community-oriented atmosphere. Here, 10 to 17 year old campers have the opportunity to explore a number of activities like blacksmithing, high ropes elements, boating, archery, wood carving, team-building games, outdoor cooking, tent camping, and more. Camp is a great way to get off the screens, immerse in nature, build confidence, make friends, and develop independence. We are still accepting registrations for all 1 and 2 week sessions, and would love to see some new faces! Nature's Classroom Adventure Camp in Hancock, NH is now hiring for summer 2022! We are a non-competitive outdoor skills based camp with a great group of campers as well as a fun staff!
We teach a number of classic camp activities like archery, boating, rock climbing, high ropes courses, survival skills and blacksmithing. People with experience in these areas as well as those with knowledge of New England ecology are especially encouraged to apply.
Pay is $300-$500/week, with housing and food included. Our season runs June 12th-Aug 21st with the possibility of arriving early if necessary and staying later to help with conferences in the fall. If this sounds like your type of summer job we would love to talk to you!
