Wrapping up the semester feeling so grateful. Being COTA student isn’t easy, but having amazing teachers and a supportive program makes the journey worth it. Thank you for pushing us, believing in us, and preparing us for this field. Huge thank you to Restore Therapy for the gifts and Little Peach for lunch! Also thankful for my classmates and the love and appreciation we shared today. One step closer to becoming COTAs.🤍

Occupational therapists use play because it is a natural and effective way to help clients—especially children—develop important skills. Through play, clients can improve motor skills, coordination, attention, problem-solving, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills in a fun and motivating way. Play also helps build trust and keeps clients engaged in therapy.
