I was just having a conversation about this with a new instructor, that there are people out there selling invalid certifications. And here it is in the news again. Key point that most clients and course participants won't notice or think to look for - the guidelines date on the card. We are now using the 2025 Guidelines, this handwritten card is from 2015.

The real victims are the clients who thought they were receiving the proper certification and the families those caregivers serve.

We know we're in New England, and we know that you (and us) love to wear our flip flops and sandals until we have to put on socks. The weather and temps vary quite a bit from inland, to the water, or up to the peaks. Dress accordingly. Wear layers that you can shed and bring socks and an extra hoodie. The best way to treat environmental emergencies is to prevent them.

Tuesday afternoon's Heartsaver Skills Sessions will be held at our main office at 861 Lafayette Rd #7 in Hampton, NH.

Tuesday morning's Heartcode BLS Skills Session will be held in Epping as scheduled.

We're getting new siding on our building!

Crews are working to replace the siding on our building. Our sign is down, but we're still open! We're still the last unit in the building. Cones and tape are marking the walkway to our door so that you can enter and exit safely.

However, if you are looking to take a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course and you need it for work, licensing, USCG license, or other certification requirements - ask the instructor or organization hosting the class if they are teaching Heartsaver Basic First Aid CPR AED or Heartsaver Total First Aid CPR AED. Only Heartsaver Total First Aid CPR AED meets OSHA requirements.
