Interim Superintendent of Schools
The Hampton Borough Board of Education is seeking an exceptional educational leader committed to providing a dynamic learning environment where all students can achieve their maximum potential. The Board seeks a collaborative and experienced Interim Superintendent of Schools to provide leadership during the transition period and ensure the continued success of the district.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and decision-making skills, possess a thorough understanding of school finance and budgeting, and work collaboratively with the Board of Education, staff, students, parents, and the community to support high-quality curriculum, instruction, and school operations while fostering a positive school culture.
Qualifications
Valid New Jersey School Administrator Certificate (or Certificate of Eligibility)
Prior experience serving as a Superintendent of Schools required
Demonstrated leadership in curriculum and instruction, school finance, personnel management, and board relations
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative leadership skills
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and is subject to New Jersey regulations and approval by the Hunterdon County Executive County Superintendent.
