From way back in the day. Back when I first started teaching yoga classes. I started at a little church in Hampton. The dojo has grown and changed so much since then. Some of these people are no longer with us and I miss them a lot.

Teaching myself something new đŸ˜¸ Gage is one of my Saturday morning yoga clients so we decided that every Saturday we're gonna practice this together after yoga. This is not a class we are offering to the public at the dojo at this time.
