Join us in congratulating Madison Alert on being named a recipient of Corn Belt Power Cooperative’s Touchstone Energy Cooperatives’ Volunteer of the Month!

Madison gives back to our community as a board member of the Franklin County Tourism group and as a PeeWee T-ball coach through Hampton Youth Baseball. In recognition of this honor, she has chosen to donate her earnings to the Hampton Community Christian Daycare.

We’re proud to have Madison on our team and grateful for the positive impact she continues to make in our community. 💡

Thank You Franklin County Community Foundation for helping fund our gym improvements!

The Franklin County Community Foundation (FCCF) recently celebrated the impact of local giving at its 2026 Grant Awards, held April 10 at First Bank Hampton. During the event, FCCF announced $143,509.60 in grant funding awarded to 24 projects benefiting communities across Franklin County.

These grants support initiatives within health & safety, opportunity & access, vibrant communities, and youth empowerment, helping fund everything from emergency response equipment and food access to community facility improvements, public spaces, and educational programs. This year’s awards highlight the continued generosity of local donors and the meaningful work of organizations and volunteers committed to making Franklin County a stronger place to live.

Congratulations to this year’s grant recipients, and thank you to our dedicated volunteer impact committee for guiding this important process.

Announcement from the Kiwanis Club of Hampton:

"We will still hold our Easter Egg hunt tomorrow, HOWEVER, this rain has made the park much too wet. We have decided to move the egg hunt to the north parking lot at First Bank Hampton. Please spread the word and please come join us!! We have plenty of candy, plenty of eggs, and you can head over to the Windsor Theater right after the egg hunt for a FREE SHOWING of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie at 1:30! See you there!"
