PVHS PTA's primary function has always been to support the Pleasant Valley High School administration, faculty, and staff in providing educational, social and service opportunities for students that will enhance their high school experience. We welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to what you have to say. However, all posting of comments on this page are at the discretion of the page administrators. The intent of this policy is not to keep any negative or critical information from being posted, but to protect the privacy and rights of our students. We will not leave comments on the page that contain: 1. Bullying, harassment, intimidation or blackmail. 2. Vulgar or violent language or language that incites violence. 3. Hate Speech (directly attacking someone based on their race, color, national origin, gender, disability, religion, creed, age , marital status , sexual orientation, gender identity, or socioeconomic status) 4. Violates the Conduct section of Student/Parent Handbook. To help us keep a respectful and welcoming space for community members to share opinions, we ask that you: 1. Keep private conversations private. This page is not intended to circumvent regular communication channels for sharing personal issues and concerns. Comments regarding a personal issue with the District, a school, or staff member will be removed. 2. Be respectful. Personal attacks or comments deemed offensive to any member of our community will not be tolerated. Inappropriate remarks and profanity will be removed. 3. Contact staff members privately. Fans should not expect responses to every question or comment posted on this page. 4. Be aware of the mission. The mission of the Pleasant Valley Community School District is education. Please be certain that your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages. 5. Be factual. Inaccurate information will not be allowed. Thank you to everyone who donated their time and energy to the Staff Appreciation meal last Wednesday afternoon before parent teacher conferences! Chick fil a was a huge hit and I think everyone was very happy and thankful for all the tasty goodness!

The PVHS PTA Staff Appreciation committee will be providing Chick-Fil-A sandwiches for the teachers & staff for conference night on Wednesday, October 7. We would like to provide them with chips & desserts as well and could use your help!

PTA members voted at our September meeting to provide cookies and brownies this year for the students, I think they were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the addition of some sweet treats!
