What I’ve learned over the years is that most people don’t truly think they are capable of making a difference in the world! What I’ve also learned is that you don’t need to make a difference in the entire world but you can one person at a time. It’s the people you come in contact with on a daily basis that just a smile or a kind word can make all the difference to them! People have an Invisible sign on their forehead saying make me feel important and mostly loved!
