It allows us to create and produce more exciting products for Casciano, expand our catering services beyond Coffee, Breakfast and Lunch Service that we already provide, and provides a full schedule of cooking lessons and food & wine seminars. Our staff and students absolutely loved our Kids Kamp this year! Our theme was a Latin Kitchen where students learned a few different dishes per day from different Latin countries! Special shoutout to Downtown Peru Restaurant for hosting a tour of their space and their techniques during our Peru day!
