You can tell yourself:

And yetโฆ something inside still says:
That push-pull can feel like an internal tug-of-war.
Your mind wants one thing.
But another part of you hesitates.
You may notice it in your body as tightness, constriction, heaviness, or that feeling of being unable to fully move forward.

Sometimes, the deeper work is not convincing yourself harder.
Itโs creating enough safety to notice what your body has learned to hold onto.
The old rules.
The guilt.
The โshoulds.โ
The fear of making the wrong choice.
And gently creating space for something new.

Sometimes, healing begins when you stop fighting the part of you that is still trying to feel safe.
