Fish Fry Take out Fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who supported us. This event went so well. We had Homemade Red and Green Chicken or Cheese Enchiladas with homemade rice and beans, Perch or Butterfly Shrimp with homemade Southern Style Mac and Cheese, fries, and homemade banana pudding. The food was AWESOME. Thank you to my staff for supporting me, for the help with cooking, the idea on how to make this possible, the advertising, order-taking, prep, clean up, and holding the classrooms down. Thank you to all of the parents who love and support us everyday. It really does take a village that builds a family and we alp support each other. Thank you all. We will use profits for our up-coming Preschool Prom and donate half to an animal rescue. We will update what the children decide.
