Founded in 1915, the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) was the first supply management institute in the world. Throughout the past 100 years, ISM has served and guided the supply management profession within the global marketplace. ISM is considered to be a highly influential and respected association, providing industry professionals and organizations with extensive education, research, publi

cations and highly regarded certifications. We here at ISM strive to bring real world ready experiences to our students at Southeastern Louisiana University. We bring speakers from different industries to come and give our students a chance to meet and network with professionals in their prospective fields. We also take our members out of the school environment and bring them to willing companies; such as Chikfila, Walmart, and Elmers Candy, to see how they use supply chain to make their companies more efficient.
