Holy Ghost Catholic School - Hammond, La - Spirit of the Stage Holy Ghost School - Hammond, La - Spirit of the Stage Holy Ghost is proud to offer the Drama Club for students in grades 5th - 8th.

The Drama Club has presented musical theatre to the students of Holy Ghost, a few surrounding schools, and the general public since 1995. Some past productions include Grease, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, and most recently, selections from Music Theatre International's popular Broadway Junior series. These productions include Annie Jr., Honk Jr., Into the Woods Jr., Aladdin Jr., Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Jr. and Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Jr., W***y Wonka and the Chocolate Family, Seussical, Jr., Peter Pan, Jr., The Little Mermaid, Jr., The Lion King, Jr., and Madagascar, Jr. We have been in association with Rogers and Hammerstein Theatricals by staging productions of Cinderella and Once Upon a Mattress which were a part of their G2K (Getting to Know) musical theatre series. Our productions are performed at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts. Spirit of the Stage is directed by Provence Crnko, Brett Morrison, and Joell Jones.
