Open House is Coming to Hammond Eastside Magnet Lower!

Join us on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 4:00–5:30 PM for an evening of connection, learning, and school community!

Families will have the opportunity to:
Learn about our Title I program and schoolwide plan
Learn more about Math and ELA interventions
Meet your child’s teachers

Tor Pep Squad (TPS) – Tryout & Parent Meeting Reminder

The Hammond Eastside Lower Tor Pep Squad (TPS) is open to 3rd–5th grade students interested in becoming a part of our school spirit team.

Mandatory Parent Meeting

A parent/guardian must attend one of the following meetings:

1st Parent Meeting:
Tuesday, August 25 at 4:00 PM
HEML Room 118

2nd Parent Meeting:
Wednesday, August 26 at 6:00 PM via Zoom

Tryout Information

Tryout Clinic: August 31 & September 1st
Auditions: September 2 | 4:00–5:15 PM

IMPORTANT: All students MUST have a completed physical on file before participating in tryouts.

TPS is open to 3rd–5th grade students only.
