Coordinate parent partnership plan including orientations, workshops, parent groups, use of Parent Resource bulletin boards and class parent involvement activities. Hire, train and superv

ise professional staff. Develop and supervise classroom program, curriculum and schedules to ensure best practices and developmentally appropriate practices. Oversee food service. Owner/Operator, Edwina Donegan possesses knowledge of child care licensing regulations. Excellent communication skills both orally and written; good presentation skills; Ability to work effectively with children, parents, staff and out-side agencies. she encompasses excellent organizational, multi-tasking and has an effective ability to supervise children.
