"Today was a pretty special full circle moment for me. 💛🖤
I had the opportunity to go back to Southern Miss, my undergraduate, alma mater, and teach a master class. It was a little surreal, walking back into a place that was such a big part of my journey and getting to work with the next generation of singers.
Thank you to Dr. Meredith Melvin Johnson for inviting me and, even more, for her sweet friendship. I loved getting to spend the day with her and work with some really wonderful young singers. They are doing great things at Southern miss!
It was just a really good day. 💛🖤 SMTTT!"

"It was such an honor to have Alejandro Rutty perform his 'Why Bass?' program last night at Southeastern Department of Music and Performing Arts. I was flattered to have the opportunity to share the stage with Alejandro to play on his beautiful piece 'Largo'"
