This week, we are learning about animal life cycles. Which animals have babies and which animals lay eggs? We made up a fin little game for morning group to help us remember which animals lay eggs and which animals give birth. These kids are too smart for Mrs. Elissa's tricky questions 😄

Last week, we released our butterflies! The children really enjoyed watching the butterflies go from caterpillars 🐛 to cocoons to butterflies 🦋

Friendship is a beautiful thing!

Last week was plant life cycle. We are growing bean plants in the classroom. Each child planted their choice of flower or vegetable to bring home, and we planted pumpkins and sunflowers on the playground. Our pumpkins and sunflowers are already growing!!! We can't wait to see the beautiful flowers they all produce 🫠🎃🌻🌞

Bug week! We learned about butterflies, caterpillars, and bees. Our caterpillars started making their cocoons yesterday so we will return to cocoons on Tuesday 🤗

Look at all of these sweet happy faces! Mrs. Elissa's favorite time of the day is when she gets to do science with everyone! Take chances, Make mistakes, Get messy!

Every family should have this in place! My kids have a phrase they text me and I know that means they are uncomfortable and I need to go get them NOW! If I text them a phrase and the respond with yes or don't respond at all, I'm going to get them NOW!
