Whew… God knew exactly what He was doing when He gave me HER Bounce. 🩷

This isn’t just a fitness class to me. It’s become one of the biggest blessings and highlights of my life. I genuinely look forward to seeing these women every week. We laugh, we dance, we sweat, we encourage one another, and for that hour, we get to let go of whatever life has been throwing at us.

I don’t take any of this for granted. Every woman who walks through those doors reminds me why I said “yes” to what God called me to do. Thank y’all for trusting me, believing in the vision, and helping make HER Bounce the safe, fun, judgment-free space I always prayed it would be.

I’m just a girl who listened when God said move… and He’s been doing the rest.

My heart is full. I’m grateful beyond words, and I can’t wait to see what He has planned next. 🫶🏾✨

DAY//SHIFT Magic: Our First Festival Recap 💗✨

The moment we’ve been waiting for is finally here the recap! What a weekend! My very first fitness festival, and I’m walking away with a full heart. From the demos and dancing to meeting so many amazing people, every moment reminded me why I started HER Bounce.

I’m also so grateful for my nephew for being the best photographer and capturing all of these beautiful moments. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, bounced with us, supported HER Fuel, shared a smile, or simply showed love. Your energy means everything!

This is only the beginning. God is opening doors, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes HER Bounce next. 💕🙌🏾
