Job Responsibilities
⢠Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
⢠Create a nurturing and positive classroom environment
⢠Assist with daily learning activities and lesson plans
⢠Support childrenâs emotional and social development
⢠Maintain a clean and organized classroom
⢠Communicate with parents about childrenâs progress
⢠Follow Louisiana childcare licensing regulations
Requirements
⢠Must be 18 years or older
⢠High School Diploma or GED
⢠Must pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
⢠Must be dependable and punctual
⢠Ability to work well with others
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Experience working in childcare
⢠CPR & First Aid Certification
⢠Early Childhood Education training
