🌟And that's a wrap on Hospitality Camp'26🌟

What an incredible week it has been! When we opened our doors Monday morning, we welcomed a group of eager local high schoolers ready to explore the world of hospitality. By Friday afternoon, we watched those same students walk across the stage as proud graduates of our Hospitality Summer Camp Program--and we couldn't be more proud! 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

All week long, our campers tackled a new herb and spice each day, learning essential kitchen skills while creating impressive dishes from scratch:

🪴Monday--BASIL | Strawberry Basil Mocktail · Caprese Salad · Turkey Pesto Sandwich · Lemon Basil Cookie

🫚Tuesday--GINGER | Ginger Garlic Meatballs · Ginger Sesame Shrimp · Saffron Ginger Pear

🍂Thursday--CINNAMON | Pomegranate Cinnamon Mocktail · Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps · Beef Chuck Roast · Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake

To our campers--you came in as curious students and left as confident individuals. We are so incredibly proud of each and everyone of you!

✨Hospitality Summer Camp is IN SESSION! ✨

We are thrilled to be hosting local high school students this week for our Hospitality Summer Camp--a hands-on program designed to introduce the next generation to the art of cooking, baking and the world of hospitality.

Each day centers around a featured herb or spice, with students preparing everything from mocktails to full entrees and desserts.

Students also had the opportunity to tour our campus and explore what a future in our hospitality program could look like.

We are proud to invest in our community's young talents.
