📢Important Update Regarding This Sunday's Craft Fair

Hi everyone,

As many of you know, the recent storms caused severe power outages in our area. Unfortunately, we lost a significant amount of our product and ingredients due to the lack of power.

Because of this, we will not have and baked goods available for purchase at the The Edge of Liberty craft fair this Sunday.

The good news is that we will still be there with our craft items, and we would love to see your friendly faces!

Looking beyond this weekend, we are currently taking some time to decide the future of our shop. Our family and our well-bring must be our top priority right now. This means we may need to pause the bakery side of our business until we are in a better, more stable position.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, your continuous support, and for being such a wonderful community during this challenging time. We hope to see you Sunday! ❤️

We have decided to have focaccia as our main bread item instead on mini sourdough loaves. We will still have sourdough loaves available for orders. We will just not have them as an item at our fairs and markets.

Now, we need your help to pick the flavors of the sweet focaccia. Please like the photo of the flavors you would like to see at our events! If you have any other item comment below and give us some ideas!

I'm thinking of doing 3 sweet flavors. Maybe more if I'm up to it.

We had a great day today and the baked goods were almost sold out!! The focaccia was so well received. We might switch to making sourdough focaccia instead of regular sourdough bread. What would you like mini sweet sourdough bread loaves or sweet focaccia?

Quick test bakingthw focaccia before baking everything tomorrow morning. It turned out great!! Very delicious. I might have to add this to the menu!

So, I'm an idiot and there won't be any sourdough bread for tomorrow's craft fair. I left out the sourdough overnight and they are over-proofed. They will probably not bake correctly.

Good news is I will not waste the dough. I will be turning it into fo-gotcya bread (focaccia). I won't be able to save everything. So, I will only have select flavors.

Classic
Jalapeño cheddar
Double chocolate chip
Chocolate chip
Oreo
Strawberry white chocolate matcha

I'm not sure what flavor I will turn the classic into. Maybe garlic with rosemary or Italian seasoning? What are your thought?
