This is the permission form that was sent out to students today. It must be signed by a parent. These are TXDOT rules.

Project Celebration 2023 is an alcohol, drug, and tobacco-free party held in honor of Hamlin High School’s graduating seniors. Sign-in for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Senior sign-in will continue until 10:00 p.m. No one will be allowed in after these times. The doors will be locked. There will be food, games, and entertainment for all students. The underclassmen will be released to go home at 4:00 a.m. Seniors will stay and receive their gifts after the underclassmen leave, then they will be released to go home at 5:00 a.m.
Parents/Guardians: Sign the attached permission form for your student to attend Project Celebration. Your student must bring this form to the office before the end of school on May 25th. Permission forms will NOT be accepted at the door. Please take note of sign-in and release times that pertain to your student. If your student chooses to leave before the designated release time, you will be called to give permission for your child to leave. Seniors will forfeit all gifts if they leave before the designated release time.

I am aware of the sign-in and release times, and that I will be contacted to give permission for my child if he/she chooses to leave the party before the designated time. (Parent must sign even if the student is over 18.)
