Today, Big Blue honored two legends: Officer Ernie Huff and Steve Heckman.
Students and staff lined the halls for a heartfelt clap-out celebrating their years of service, mentorship, and dedication to Hamilton City Schools. With the HHS Band playing the fight song, Superintendent Mrs. Andrea Blevins and Principal Ty Smallwood presented proclamations from Mayor Moeller recognizing their lasting impact.
Thank you, Officer Huff and Mr. Heckman. Your presence in our halls will be deeply missed.

Today was one of those full-circle Big Blue moments.
Our seniors returned to their elementary schools for the Parade of Graduates, walking the same halls where their journey began.
For our Highland graduates, it was especially meaningful for Principal Smallwood, who has had the honor of serving as their principal for over half of their schooling - 2nd through 6th grade, 9th grade at the FC, and now senior year!
Not a dry eye in the place. We are so proud of our graduates! 💙🎓
Today was a special day at Big Blue!
Our seniors returned to their elementary schools for the Parade of Graduates, giving them the chance to walk the halls, reconnect with former teachers, and be celebrated by the students who will one day follow in their footsteps.

Yesterday, Hamilton High School was proud to celebrate our seniors who are answering the call to serve our country in the armed forces at our Military Recognition Breakfast.
These students have chosen a path of commitment, courage, discipline, and service. We are incredibly proud of their decision to represent Big Blue beyond our halls and take the next step into military service.
