Third Grade Families!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday, our third graders will be taking their Fall State Reading Test. To help them feel confident and ready to do their absolute best, please help us with a few quick steps the next couple days:

Get a Good Night’s Sleep: Encourage an early, relaxing bedtime tonight so their brains are well-rested and sharp.

Arrive on Time: Please make sure your student arrives at school on time each morning so we can start testing smoothly.

Morning Pep Talk: Give them a quick boost of encouragement before they head out the door! Remind them to take their time, read carefully, and do their best.

Plan for Breakfast: Decide on a plan for breakfast, whether at home or at school.

Thank you for all your support at home. We know our third graders are going to shine!

This afternoon, Alex Mullins - our amazing Best Point Therapist - was surprised with Best Point’s Staff Appreciation Award! He truly works so hard to connect with students, find ways to support them in and out of the classroom, and builds lasting relationships with students and families. We are so blessed to have him at Brookwood and working with our school community! Congratulations Mr. Mullins!
