Happy 2779th Birthday Rome!

It's almost Rome's 2779th Birthday! Are you ready to celebrate your love of ancient Mediterranean cultures with a gift to ACL/JCL?
Are you an ACL member who is not getting any mail from us? Chances are we don't have your current email address, and we can't let you know...because we don't have your current email address! Please tell us where to find you (email: [email protected]), especially after you retire and lose your school email.

This year's Nationwide Game in honor of Rome's Birthday will be held on Thursday, April 16 @ 1:30pm EST via Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87982646016?pwd=IS5dMybWipUIXqaLvtw6JCwIMpxI3Z.1
The theme is The Trojan War and the Founding of Rome.
This year we will do a Kahoot instead of a Gimkit on the day of the game! However, if your students aren't able to compete during the scheduled time, or if they want to preview the material before game day, this is a link to a Gimkit using the same questions as the Kahoot: https://www.gimkit.com/join/69cd26569526812c0102b97f
We are asking again that you "pre-register" for each game by emailing the following information to [email protected]
1) which game you are registering for (if you're registering for both, you can send one email)
and
2) a list of your students' first and last names.
This allows us to get you the results of the winners, especially for the Gimkit assignment.
Finally, please make sure that your students log in TO BOTH GAMES using this format for their information: First initial-Last Name-School.
Winners will be published in the ETC Corner of the ACL Newsletter, as well as shared out on our social media platforms.
