We had the BEST final competition of the season with in Richmond, KY! Congrats to our dancers and teachers on multiple choreography awards, the 11 & under technique award, Top Recreational Act out of 86 routines and Top Recreational Studio! Plus the Platinum Power for most entertaining act of the weekend for Freak Flag! What a successful weekend and season! We are so proud of our dancers and faculty!

✨Senior Spotlight✨

🖤Natylie Richardson🖤

Natylie has been dancing for 15 years and has been at Above the Barre Dance Center for the past 4. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary. She is graduating from Talawanda High School. She plans to attend Miami University in the fall to study Criminology. A fun fact about Natylie is that she shows goats at the Butler County Fair every year. We will miss Natylie so much, but we can’t wait to see where her future leads!

Our fourth competition with was a success! Congratulations to Old Habits and Freak Flag for receiving a Golden Buzzer that recognizes excellence in choreography! And congrats for Freak Flag for receiving the Judges Choice Award for the entire weekend! Congrats to Zoey Denlinger for being awarded as the Most Valuable Competitor from our studio!
