This week at Harmony Preschool we ushered in autumn talking about the letter A and learning about apples! Our children painted with apples, balanced apples on their heads after reading Ten Apples on Top, made a yummy applesauce and painted apples with q-tips! It was an Amazing week to be a preschooler!

RAIN OR SHINE!!!!

The HUMC Tag Sale is just around the corner…literally! We’ll be all set up on the “church green” at 380 East Colonial Hwy. in Hamilton.

It’s been so much fun tagging the terrific donations and preparing to offer much-needed household items at very reasonable prices. We’ll have a selection of furniture as well as home decor items at please-take-me-home rates!

And we have a great bunch of gently used kids toys, a teacher-curated collection of kids books at $1.00 each, and a very large library of hardcover ($1.00) and softcover (.50) books for teens and adults.

Stop by HUMC between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and help us help others by supporting the Harmony Tag Sale. All money raised will go to charities, and you’ll be helping to keep useful items out of the landfill😊

We had our first chapel with Pastor Rachel this morning. Our lesson was that Jesus is always with us and the children were introduced to Whiskers, our church mouse.

I just spoke with the MOD Pizza Manager and they are open for business. They assured me that all necessary precautions are taken concerning the water issue and our Spirit Day tomorrow will run as planned!
