We currently have opening at our new computerized testing facility in downtown Hagerstown. This is a great job for a responsible college student, stay-at-home parent, or other reliable adult looking for a flexible work schedule.
The hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. The schedule will be broken down into 3, four-hour shifts. Proctors may sign up for multiple shifts per day.
Compensation:
Hourly pay rates for part time employees start at $12.50 and full-time employees may start up to $15.00 per hour.
With our performance-based positions, the proctors salary is aligned with the number, length and quantity of the exams administered by the proctor.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Checking in test candidates; verifying ID, printing up paperwork, sign ins,
collecting fingerprints when necessary, and completing paperwork. Monitoring exams via video, and completing check-out operations. Training will be provided for selected applicants.
Required Skills:
Self motivated, Excellent customer service, Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication and organizational skills.
Testing Proctors are independent contractors (1099). Applicants are required to pass a background check and successfully complete provided training as part of the hiring process.
Environmental concerns:
Due to mandated health considerations, proctors must wear a mask in the presence of candidates, and while conducting tests. Non-smokers are preferred due to the nature and interaction in close proximity with the candidates.

Hiring Computer Licensure Test Administrators!
We have openings at our computerized licensure testing facilities located in the following cities, Merrillville, IN, Boston, MA, Fall River, MA, Crofton, MD, Hagerstown, MD and Columbus, OH. Our team is looking for responsible adults to proctor computer-based exams. As an administrator, responsibilities include monitoring exams via video, verifying candidate identification, collecting fingerprints, and completing check-out operations. We are open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, excluding holidays. Full-time (8 hours-a-day) and part-time work is available.
Pay rates are starting at $14.25 up to $15.00 per hour. This is a performance-based position with the opportunity to earn more money based on the business’ growth. Test administrators can choose to be W-2 employees or independent contractors (1099) based on assigned work. Applicants must pass a background check and complete an online training prior to being hired.
This is an ideal position for those with a flexible schedule; like to study, read, or conduct other personal tasks while working. Great networking opportunity for aspiring aviation personnel.
