Objectives:
1. To collaborate with the community, taking advantage of community resources, which benefit family involvment and student learning.
If you are a parent, guardian, or other adult standing in loco parentis for a student at ILS or a teacher this is a place for you to get stay up to date on current PTO events and happenings! To broaden and enhance programs that support high-caliber education by supplementing the school's Curriculum with diverse educational items that would otherwise be unavailable because of financial constraints.
We are in need of some helping hands at the Christmas program. The PTO has stepped up and offered to help with the transitions of the program this year. (Ie band to concert to handbells) We need people to help remove music stands and chairs, tables, risers etc. Helping gives you the perk of front row seating! If you’re willing to assist please leave a comment or contact us via [email protected]. Thanks!!

Christmas Shoppe is looking great and ready for the kids! Reminder: No checks. Your child can pay with cash or Elf Wallet (gift card via website www.elfpaynow.com). Any change left over from Cash or Elf Wallet will be sent home in an envelope in your child’s bag. If you use Elf Wallet don’t forget to write your code on your child’s envelope! November’s Dine to Donate is Cane’s! Mark your calendar and plan to participate if you are able! Funds raised go to the PTO for various activities through the school year. Feel free to share with Family and Friends.

NEEDED: Baskets for donations for Fall Festival. If you have any baskets of any kind ready to find a loving home we would happily take them off your hands! Please bring them to the PTO meeting on 9/13 or bring them to the school office for Beth.

Our PTO meeting is scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday, August 23rd @ 7pm-8pm in the school library. We hope to see you there! We are asking If you have any clear storage bins with lids, currently unused at home (please do not buy any!), and would like to donate to the PTO, please bring them to the meeting.
If you are looking for a long term volunteer opportunity with school here’s your chance! Even if you can only help out one day a week reach out to Jenny.
Kitchen Volunteers Needed:
The kitchen is in need of some additional volunteers Wednesday through Friday from 9:45 - 1:30. Duties would include food prep, serving and clean up. Interested?
