We had another successful Girlfriends’ Hike & Connect event today! Together we conquered the 3 mile round trip Blodgett Overlook Trail, made new friends of the human and wildlife kind, and enjoyed amazing views thanks to the weather holding out. Thank you to all of the beautiful women that shared time with us today, I am truly grateful for your presence!

Our April Girlfriends’ Hike & Connect event was held this morning at Mill Creek Trail. We had a total of 6 beautiful women braving the rain and cool temps for our almost 4 mile round trip hike. There was laughter, learning, new experiences, and new friends made - mission accomplished! Thank you to the ladies that came out today.

Our next hike is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th (location TBD). I will post an event in the coming days with details and link to sign up for the next one.

Today, we focus on embracing the power of our Choices.

Every day presents us with countless choices - big and small. From the moment we wake up, we’re inundated with opportunities to choose how we react, engage, and move forward. Each decision, whether big or small, conscious or subconscious, sets the course for our day and our journey. It’s not just about what happens to us, but how we respond to it.

Consider the power you hold within your choices, the power you have to steer the course for yourself. Perhaps it’s choosing kindness over indifference, gratitude over complaint, and progress over stagnation. These choices ripple out, influencing not only our own well-being but also the world around us. They define who we are and who we are becoming. Ultimately, our lives are the sum total of the choices we make. So, let’s choose wisely, consciously, and with intention, for in doing so, we craft the masterpiece of our existence.

Embrace the Pursuit!

Exciting news! As of yesterday, I have something big in the works - for me, for other women, and for my community! Details are still being finalized, but I can't wait to share more of this new pursuit soon. Stay tuned for updates! 🤭

As someone who is multi-passionate and needs different types of stimuli in my work, I need to constantly assess and re-align where I am and what I want to focus my energy on. A times, I will have a lot of new things I am working on or towards and other times, I am more mindful and slowed down. This hasn’t always come easy to me though - life has had to knock me down hard to tell me to slow down or stop altogether - and I have learned so much more about myself and my whys just in the past year; I am still learning. But with this new project, I was not surprised when every part of me said HELL YES to this new opportunity - it just simply aligns. And I want to give you and myself a big permission slip to embrace the pursuit. When it aligns, go after the things you want, face the ones you fear, do what you need even if it looks like too much or too wrong to someone else, or you might have to let something else go to make room.

So, today let’s embrace the pursuit! Let's spark forward movement for pursuing new projects and diversifying our desires! Whether you're a multi-passionate individual like me or exploring a new avenue, remember: it's the journey of pursuit that fuels our growth and fulfillment. Don't be afraid to chase after your dreams with unwavering determination and enthusiasm. And don’t be afraid to pivot into a new direction or an entirely new path. Each step forward is a step closer to realizing your full potential. Because you never know where those steps will lead. ✨
