Dear Staff and Families,

We are delighted to introduce our new Kuser Kats Spirit Wear Online Store! After searching for the past few years for a provider that offers high-quality products at reasonable prices, we are excited to begin a new partnership with a local Hamilton business, Memory Makers Awards & Apparel.

Even more special, this is a family-owned business whose children are former Kuser Kats! 🐾❤️ We are thrilled to support a local business that is part of our community.

🛍️ The online store is open through October 15th.

We have had an awesome first two weeks! Our Kuser Kats are really getting into the swing of things! We know it will be another fantastic year! We are very fortunate for all of our staff! Our students especially love recess with our TriShield Officer Mr. Tom! Thank you Mr. Tom for all you do!

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!

We have just 8 days left until the big day. Below is essential information to help your family prepare for a smooth start.

Key Dates & Events
Wednesday, Aug 26 & Thursday, Aug 27 (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM): K-Jumpstart Family Meetings (Attend one session).

Thursday, Aug 27 (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM): New Student Orientation (Grades 1–5 new families and Kindergarten families unable to attend K-Jumpstart).

Monday, Aug 31: Meet & Greet (Attend one session for ice pops, teacher introductions, and playground fun).
Session 1: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
Session 2: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Wednesday, Sept 2: First Day of School!
Half-day session with a 1:15 PM dismissal. Please make prompt pickup arrangements.

Welcome Packets & Action Required:

Welcome packets will be mailed on Tuesday, August 25th. Packets include teacher welcome letters, full-year calendars, instructional QR codes, and the Arrival & Dismissal Form.

Important: The Arrival & Dismissal Form must be completed before the first day of school. You must declare how your child will be dismissed: Carline, Blacktop, Bus, or Y Afterschool Program. Only 4th- and 5th-graders may walk home unsupervised with written permission on this form.

Arrival & Dismissal Safety Rules

Early Pickup Policy: No early student dismissals are permitted after 3:00 PM except in true emergencies.

All pickup updates must be communicated to the office prior to 3:00 PM.
