🍏 Mrs. Dianne Sydorko🍎
✏️Third Grade Teacher📓

Mrs. Sydorko has been an educator for over 15 years and this is her second school year teaching here at SGGA! Her biggest inspiration to become a teacher was her mom, who was a prominent teacher and administrator in both the Hamilton Public School District, as well as the Diocese of Trenton. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Sydorko’s favorite thing to do is spending time with her husband and their three young children reading and playing Wiffle ball as a family! Fun facts: Mrs. Sydorko ran the Boston Marathon in 2013 and 2014! She loves ice cream 🍦, the color purple 💜 and the slower pace of the summertime☀️!

Mrs. Sydorko’s favorite thing about being part of the SGGA family are the people- from the students, to the families, to the faculty, to the parish members- the SGGA community genuinely supports and cares for one another and she adores and treasures all of the relationships she has build here! 📚🦁

📓✏️ We are ready for the start of the new school year here at St. Gregory The Great Academy!

🍎 Our dedicated teachers and faculty have been hard at work preparing the halls, classrooms, and campus here at SGGA for our students. Yesterday, our PTA Teacher and Student Appreciation Committee treated our entire staff to a delicious BBQ luncheon! It was a great time gathering together as we get ready to embark on this new school year!

🛝Last night, at our “Popsicles on the Playground,” event, our PTA had the chance to welcome so many of our new SGGA families and incoming Kindergarteners! Thank you to all the families that were able to join us, we are looking forward to a fantastic school year and are thrilled to have you joining the community here at St. Gregory the Great Academy!

🖍️ Following the mixer, all of our incoming Kindergartners had their Kindergarten Orientation and were able to meet their new teachers and classmates, see their new classrooms, and sit at their own desks for the very first time! It was an exciting evening for these little learners and a memorable moment for their families! The evening was filled with fun, smiles, excitement, and new friendships!

✨ A very special thank you to all of our Eighth Grade volunteers who made sure that all of our new families felt so welcome! A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA, especially our Teacher + Student Appreciation Committee and our Hospitality Committee for organizing both of these events to help us kickoff this new school year!

🦁 We can’t wait to welcome all of our students, both new and returning, this week for the first day of school! See you all soon! 💙🩶🤍

Thank you to all of our students, parents, teachers, and faculty for making it such an outstanding year! We wish everyone in our SGGA family a safe, fun + blessed summer break! Enjoy it! We look forward to seeing everyone back here at SGGA for the first day of the new school year in early September!

🌟✏️🎓 Kindergarten Graduation! 🎓🖍️🌟

Dressed in their light blue caps and gowns, our Kindergarteners wore them proud, as they walked through the halls, taking in the moment of their very own first SGGA clap out towards Ferrante Hall for their Graduation! They took to the stage, impressing everyone with how much they have learned and grown this year! Congratulations to all of our Kindergartners on this very special milestone!

With gratitude and thanks to their incredible Kindergarten teachers and educational assistants for everything they have taught these little learners this past school year. Watch out first grade, here they come! 🎓🦁🕶️

Congratulations to our Preschool 4 students who celebrated their “Moving On” Ceremony yesterday! Over this past year, these little learners have grown and learned a ton while having oh so much fun! From building friendships, to working hard on their writing and ✂️ skills, identifying sight words, counting, going to Friday Mass, and so much more, they are now officially ready for Kindergarten this September! We are so very proud of them all!

A special thank you to our awesome and dedicated PreK-4 teachers and teacher assistants for helping to make it such a fantastic year! 🌟🦁🖍️🎨

This morning, our Preschool 3 students celebrated their “Moving On” Ceremony! SGGA’s littlest learners have come so far since starting school last September. This year they learned how to make new friends, share, color, write, play, pray, explore, and so much more! They are now certainly ready for Preschool 4!

A big thank you to our nurturing and wonderful Preschool 3 teachers and teacher assistants for all of their hard work this year getting these students ready to “Move On” to Preschool 4! We are so proud of these little friends and all that they learned and accomplished this first year of school here at SGGA! 🛝🌟🖍️
